Terms & Conditions

1. For float purchases, exchanges are allowed within 5 days of receiving them in unused, brand new condition. Please blow up the floats upon receiving and ensure that there are no defects. For cases that customers can only check after the 5 days policy, please get in touch with us prior to delivering. Slight stains are not considered defects as they might be caused during manufacturing process. Please refer to purchases FAQs for these

2. For float purchases, items are non-refundable. Exchanges will be strictly done at LetsFloatSg management discretion.

3. Prices will be updated accordingly to demand and supply hence confirmed orders (paid orders) that are made before the change of prices will not be affected. Similarly, refunds will not be entertained.

4. Terms and conditions are subject to changes anytime by Owner. In this agreement, Owner refers to LetsFloatSg.
